Title Insurance closers play a crucial role at Victory Title Co. They are responsible for managing the final stages of a real estate transaction and ensuring that all necessary documents are properly executed at closing.

As a Title Insurance closer, your main duties would include coordinating with various parties involved in the transaction (such as buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents), reviewing title commitments and legal documents, preparing closing statements, and overseeing the actual closing process.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and title insurance, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.

Here are the qualifications we are looking for:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• An active book of business
• Knowledge of title insurance, real estate industry, and closing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software programs (such as Microsoft Office and SoftPro software) or be coach-able.
• High school diploma or equivalent (This roll requires a Title License & Notary)

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as a Title Insurance Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of title insurance, the real estate industry, and closing procedures. If you have excellent attention to detail, exceptional multitasking abilities, and great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective sales prospecting.
• Collaborate with various parties involved in real estate transactions to facilitate smooth sales processes.
• Utilize your expertise in title insurance to address and answer questions that may arise during the sales & closing process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain sales funnel and clients files.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of title insurance, real estate industry, and closing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software programs, such as Microsoft Office and SoftPro software, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the title insurance or real estate industry.
